pleasant stay at the inn

helpful staff clean room fresh towels
the staff were helpful. i found the room clean and warm. the shower was good. i appreciated that fresh towels were provided, a nice touch.
the room required some minor cosmetic work.

The location was advantageous. It allowed for convenient taxi access to the city center. leaving my car in the car park while exploring the city center proved very useful, simplifying transportation and logistics .

safe parking clean room soft towels
the staff were AMAZING. i found the free parking convenient and safe. the room was clean. the bed was comfortably firm. soft towels, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate sachets were available in the room.
the WiFi signal was a bit weak.

helpful staff comfortable bed
The staff were helpful and friendly. They knew many local places to visit, useful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. I stayed in a double roomwith clean towels and toiletries.
The shared shower had temperature issues. The water pressure was inconsistent. This made it difficult to have a normal shower.

The location was convenient for using public transport, a bus stop was just outside the hotel. This made getting around easy. parking at the rear was a definite plus, especially given the location. the en-suite double room was clean and had adequate facilities.

Great stay!

friendly staff warm welcome great value
I found the staff friendly. Their warm welcome. I asked for some recommendations for things to see. They were MORE than happy to help. The room was spacious and convenient. The price reflected GREAT value.
The shower had some issues . The manager assured me it was scheduled for repair. It was unfortunate timing for my visit.

warm welcome local attractions walking distance
the staff provided a warm welcome. i asked for recommendations about local attractions, and they readily helped. the location is great, especially being within walking distance of city attractions.
I found the shower had some issues . It needed maintenance. the manager indicated it would be addressed soon, but it was an inconvenience.
